Custom order lampshade for Yvonne

Strip and re-cover customers own soft fabric panelled shade using Harris tweed fabric design "HB102" on the outside and fire-resistant white fabric on the inside.

Points of construction:

• Decision to re-use existing frame due to "harp and finial" support on lamp base. I will destroy the fabric and liner in removing from old shade in order to re-use the frame - the shade cannot be returned to original condition.

• Old shade has beaded trim, new shade will not.

• Old shade has fabric edging strip at top, bottom, and between each panel; new shade will not.

• Due to shape of shade, the herringbone design fabric will join at a variable slope at each panel edge.

• New shade will have Harris tweed "Orb" label on one panel.

The fabric will need to be delivered from Harris before construction can begin, so estimated completion within one month of order, although may be sooner. Once the new shade is complete, a suitable date and location will be agreed for customer collection.
