British Manx Loaghtan wool beanie hat
I have used the naturally toffee-coloured wool of the Manx Loaghtan sheep for this chunky beanie. A simple ridge design is complemented by a deep rib welt, allowing you to wear it as a slouchy style, or with the welt turned up for a classic style.
It has been knit "in the round", so there are no ugly uncomfortable seams. To fit average adult head size 55-62cm (21.5 - 24 inches) and slightly stretchy for a comfortable fit.
The neutral colour and classic design means it’s a winner with the man in your life, but would not look out of place on a woman either.
All Roses Workshop items are handmade by me in my Lancashire workshop, England. Custom orders are welcome.
Other beanies, berets and hats are available in my shop: Beanies & Berets
I do my best to support British farmers by buying British wool wherever possible, and I am proud to be a supporter of the Campaign for Wool. I love the variety of sheep breeds that are raised in the UK, and especially some of the unusual and rare breeds.
